APMC Ltd have introduceda new type of Precision Helical Gear into our most recent all-products catalogue. Precision Helical Gears that have been made to DIN standard DIN3961, with quality Grade 7 accuracy as the norm are the latest products made on our state-of-the-art CNC machines.
APMC LTD investment in the latest Gleason CNC Gear Hobbing Machine, the Gleason Pfauter P90 - which is used all over the world in aerospace and marine Precision Helical Gear production - has ensured APMC are even able to achieve Grade 5 pitch accuracy. Ranges of Helical Gears have been designed around the machines and the precision hobs used to cut them, making quality a top priority and ensuring sizes can be made to exacting standards. For example, Spur Gears from 5Mn up to 40Mn module, Pinion and Wheels, Helical Gears and much more are all available as standard.
